Can I use my badge to pay for my Cafeteria food? |

Physicians fill out an Authorization To Open Account form. Each time the physician swipes for a meal, the charge will be added to their cumulative total for the month. The physician will receive an invoice at the end of the month from the CFGH Finance Department. |

My pager is broken, what do I do? |
 |
Once you back your car off your pager, or you fish it out of the lake, or you remove it from the bottom of the washing machine, or you ladle it out of the soup, return the remnants to Telecommunications and they will give you a replacement pager. The Telecommunications Office is located on the first floor of the main hospital (near Administration). Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8:30a.m.-4:00p.m. If your pager inconveniently breaks on the weekend, go to Telecommunications and the operator will give you a “loaner” pager for the remainder of the weekend. (Loaner pagers cannot be reprogrammed to your same pager number). For all other broken pager reasons, visit Telecommunications.

How do I get a pager? Does Summa pay for it? |

Summa Health System Hospitals provides all ACTIVE staff members with a complimentary pager. Simply complete a Pager Request Form (located on the Medical Staff Website under Medical Staff Information/Telecommunications) and submit it to the Medical Staff Office, Telecommunications or your physician liaison. We’ll take it from there, and before you know it, you’ll be on the right page. |

How can I get a parking permit? |

Parking permits may be obtained from the Protective Services Department located at Akron City Hospital. The permits are good for all three campuses (Akron City, St. Thomas and Cuyahoga Falls General). |

My badge doesn’t work in the Summa Health System parking areas. Who should I contact? |

How do I get my ID badge? |

The badge office is located in the Idabelle Firestone Center on the ground floor. Complete the ID Badge Authorization form and deliver or fax (330-375-7748) your request to the ID Badge Office. |
